My Background
The Investor Experience Came First.
Before real estate, I spent years in outside B2B sales and health insurance. Both industries taught me that details matter, deadlines are real, and people are counting on you to get it right.
But I didn't just wake up one day and get my license. I spent 4 years actively investing in real estate first, buying, managing, and operating properties in this market before I ever represented a single client. That background stayed with me when I became licensed.
It's why I treat every transaction like a medical file. Nothing falls through the cracks, nothing gets missed, and you're never left wondering what's happening with your deal.
